Following a degree in European Studies and Modern Languages at the University of Bath, Jenny spent two years working in the UK Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels, in the Unit dealing with relations with the European Parliament. After a brief spell back in the UK working in the City she came back to Brussels in 2000 where she has spent the last 10 years working for UK regional offices – initially the South East Office, then the South West Office and since 2003 the East of England Brussels Office.
Her policy focus in the East of England Brussels Office includes lifelong learning, culture, environment and energy.
In her spare time Jenny enjoys baking and running in the forest with her dog (makes up for all the baking!).
