The East of England European Partnership has meeting room amenities which are available for partners' use. Our quiet and bright conference room offers a range of utilities that are ideal for seminars, project meetings and workshops. With comfortable furniture and flexible layout possibilities, seating 20 people in boardroom style and 35 people in theatre style. Our meeting room and facilities is available for hire by organisations not affiliated to the European Partnership.
Room facilities include:
- Overhead projector, screen and computer
- Phone conferencing
- “Hot-desking”, with PCs and free wi-fi internet access
We are located in the EU quarter close to the European Parliament and in close proximity to all major Commission buildings. In particular, we are on a direct line from the Eurostar terminal. (see ‘how to get here’ in contact us section)
Friendly staff can provide additional assistance to facilitate your meeting arrangements by preparing refreshments and ordering lunches and arranging taxis.
Our offices also provide an excellent opportunity for short-term secondments in Brussels for partner staff.
